New Neighborhood Merge System

Dear Players,
We have frequently received feedback from players who are dissatisfied with how neighborhood merging works. One of the primary issues raised is being in neighborhoods with players who are quite far ahead or behind in the age progression. Good news - we've got some changes and you will see them on Monday!
Over the last weeks, we have been testing a new neighborhood merging system. We are now quite confident that the new system is good enough to start enabling it on our live servers. Read more about it on our Forum HERE!
